My journey in insurance began over a decade ago, working alongside my father, Tom Dutka, who ran a successful Allstate agency for 30 years. During my 11 years with his agency, I learned that exceptional insurance service isn't just about selling policies—it's about educating clients and building lasting relationships based on trust. This foundation shaped my approach to both personal and commercial lines insurance.
